q Two copies of the appraisal report with detailed identification and photographs

q An explanation of the basis for the report

q An explanation of any limiting or contingent conditions that affect the valuation

q A summary of the valuation of the property, if needed

q Qualifications of the appraisers and consultants used

q Client confidentiality

Upon request we can also provide the following:

q Video of appraised items

q Modification of the report within the general rules and code of ethics of appraising

q Tagging of items as identified in the report

q Expert testimony in court if required

q Basic – Photographs only

q Standard – Photographs with a short description

q Deluxe – Photographs with detailed descriptions

q Testimony in defense of written appraisals

q Litigation support in areas of expertise

Verbal Consultations

q On-site or in-office consultations to examine, evaluate, and express an informed opinion concerning current value, condition, restoration possibilities, marketability, etc. (A consultation is NOT an appraisal and is not to be construed as such.)
