q       Two copies of the appraisal report with detailed identification and photographs
q       An explanation of the basis for the report
q       An explanation of any limiting or contingent conditions that affect the valuation
q       Qualifications of the appraisers and consultants used
q       Client confidentiality

Upon request we can also provide the following:

q       Customization of the report within the general rules and code of ethics of appraising
q       Tagging of items as identified in the report
q       Expert testimony in court if required

q       Basic – Photographs and item name only
q       Standard – Photographs with a short description
q       Deluxe – Photographs with detailed descriptions

q       Testimony in defense of written appraisals

Verbal Consultations
